Moonlight Ridge is a lovely, secluded cottage nestled between Windham & Hunter Mountains and is the perfect setting for a couple or small group to unwind and enjoy peace and tranquility. Stargaze outside at the fire pit hang out spot deemed 'The Lamb Chop Lounge" by the lovely homeowners. Prepare a cozy meal in the newly renovated kitchen and cuddle up in front of the wood burning stove. Venture out with your loved ones for a hike and swim in the summer, ski and snowmobile in the winter or simply appreciate the mountain fresh air. Love grows best in little houses, just like this! *If you would like to bring a dog, you *must* add it to the reservation under the # of guests section upon booking. One dog is allowed per reservation, unless otherwise approved by host (please send us a message). Sorry, we do not allow cats. Please abide by our pet rules. *No hot kitchen tools (pans, cups etc.) should be directly placed on the butcher block. Trivets & coasters provided. Please do NOT use it as a chopping board and refrain from using knives directly on it. *Please help us protect the environment by using water, heat and appliances responsibly. *Please send us a message if you'd like to bring your dog. *We recommend AWD cars for visiting remote properties like this. *Maximum of 2 cars is allowed in the driveway. *No parties or extra guests outside the maximum occupancy allowed on the listing. *Washer/Dryer are only reserved for small laundry loads. We are close to the shops and restaurants in Tannersville, Hunter and Windham. Kaaterskill Falls, North-South Lake and Colgate Lake are also within a few minutes’ drive! The cottage is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with a butcher block island, a Sonos player, a smart TV, a wood burning stove and high-quality linens. The sectional sofa in the living space can also be converted into a full-size bed. The back deck has a dining table and a propane grill. A lot of love and effort has gone into creating our cottage, please enjoy it with tender loving care ❤️😊 BEDROOMS: Front bedroom - King sized bed, closet, dresser, and ceiling fan Back bedroom - Full sized bed, closet, nightstands, and view of mountains, ceiling fan BATHROOM: The house has 1 bathroom with a tub/shower combo. KITCHEN: Newly renovated kitchen with butcher block countertops (please be mindful to not put hot pans on the countertops or cut on them directly as it will greatly damage them!), electric glass cook top, microwave, fridge, and island with 4 stools. LIVING SPACE: Small sectional sofa that converts into a full-size bed Wood stove OUTDOOR SPACE: Backyard deck looks at Hunter Mountain Fire pit hang out space deemed the 'Lamb Chop Lounge' has been recently set up and surrounded by rocks for you to star gaze and make s'mores Back deck has a dining table and propane grill with a backup tank for you to use We recommend AWD cars for visiting remote properties like this. The main road that this house sits off of is regularly snow plowed in the winter, but the driveway is steep. *Note only 2 cars are allowed in the driveway*
