Bright and Cosy Accommodation located at the back of our garden. Sleeping up to 2 people only, this holiday property is located in a highly sought-after area in Hove, opposite a park and less than a 5-minute walk to the seafront and Hove Lagoon (water sports). The seafront with the beautiful Promenade and Brighton's Palace Pier within walking distance. Blatchington Road with its many shabby chic furniture and vintage clothing within walking distance along with a great selection of cafes, restaurants and pubs along Church Road and George Street. Brighton is the most enchanting, exciting and extraordinary seaside city in Britain. It is considered to be England's liveliest city by the sea. If you love life, welcome to Brighton and Hove. It is fun, cosmopolitan and uniquely eccentric all year round. Description of the property: Open plan Kitchen / Dining / Living comprising of: Kitchen Contemporary, fully stocked kitchen with high gloss cabinets, 4 ring ceramic hob with electric fan oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Dining area Wooden table with 2 chairs. Living area Whitewashed walls and high ceilings with contrasting wooden beams create a bright and airy space to relax. Furnished with two comfortable 2-seater sofas, coffee table and a 50'' TV with Freeview channels. Bedroom You will find a double bed with striking teal headboard and bedside table on one side with a reading lamp. There is a cupboard, spacious enough to store luggage and bags, which comes with a couple of shelves and a hanging rail for your belongings. There is also an en-suite shower room. Bathroom En-suite to the bedroom, the bathroom comes with a good size shower, wash basin with a mirrored cabinet above it, WC and heated towel rail. Pretty accessories complement the look of the contemporary styled bathroom. Patio Paved outside space with a wooden pergola and garden table with 2 chairs. Please note that the Garden is NOT for the guests' use. Access The property has its own entry gate. Parking The property benefits from free on-street parking all day except between the hours of 10 am - 11 am and 7 pm - 8 pm. Pay & Display Machine is located across the road from the property where guests are required to physically move their cars and pay for one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening (£1.20 per hour). Travel in Brighton is very enjoyable and accessible via walking, bus rides and cycling. Transport: The bus stop is just across the road (buses no. 1, 1a & 6) with excellent service to the centre of Hove & Brighton. House Rules: This accommodation is located in a quiet residential area, hence, noise should be kept to a minimum. The terms of our Planning Permission for the use of The Holiday Let require the strict avoidance of noise nuisance. Please respect our neighbours by not playing loud music or engaging in loud activities during the daytime or night-time. The outdoor area may not be used between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am (except for access). Guests will be requested to consider the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum when returning to the holiday let late at night by any means of transport (i.e. car, foot, bicycle, private hire taxi, etc.). Guests returning to the holiday let late at night will be asked to close the access gate as quietly as possible. There is a “no party policy” in The Holiday Let. The floors are laminate which scratch easily, hence, would appreciate if you could carry your suitcases and avoid moving furniture around. Guests are requested to open the windows for fresh air circulation. We thank you for helping us with observing the above requirement and rules.
