Or even just a relaxing couples retreat! ►Relax, enjoy the views, fish from the dock, take a 2 minute drive to the beach, enjoy a warm fire at the fire pit, or take a relaxing trip up or down the river on the 25’ pontoon (please inquire about daily fee for pontoon usage) ►Just a short 1 minute walk down the road and you have some of the best restaurants, coffee shops, and bars in WI, get out and explore the rich history of Prescott WI, Hastings MN, Hudson WI, and Stillwater MN by pontoon or car! The space ►The main floor consists of the living room with indoor fireplace, large dining room, fully equipped and renovated modern kitchen, the sun room, one bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. ►One bedroom consists of a queen size bed and a fold out bed. ►The other bedroom consists of a queen sized bed as well. ►Upstairs you'll find the main bedroom with one queen bed and two twin beds. Guest access ►There is ample parking on the left side of the garage. ►Parking in front of the garage is NOT permitted, so please be mindful of that. ►Street parking is available for free as well as an empty lot just next to the property. Other things to note ►If you'd like to use the pontoon, send me a message and I'll send you where to find the key. ►There is a long-term tenant that occupies the basement apartment. The only spaces that are shared are the patio, backyard, and pontoon. The main floor (2 Bed and 1 Bath) and upstairs (2 Bed and 1 Bath) is all private access. ★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us.
