PLUS our building has one of the largest Pools in town + a relaxing Hot Tub, so there's something for everyone! Tidelands is different than most. We intentionally curated this property with COMFORT and CONVENIENCE features--USB ports at every bedside, Smart TVs in every room, plenty of toilet paper, extra bath towels, coffee with cream and sugar. Even laundry detergent/dryer sheets/spot cleaning spray! We truly want you and your guests to know you're in good hands. Plus Turkish beach towels and BEACH GEAR – 6 chairs, umbrellas wagon, cooler – no need to lug it from home! What else?? ACTIVITIES - Our Favorites: --Local rental companies drop off kayaks and stand-up paddle boards right at the beach. --After beach time, lounge by the pool and soak in the hot tub. --Go parasailing right from the beach! --Hire a guide and spend half a day scalloping St. Joseph Bay. Really fun! Scallop season is Aug. 16 - Sep. 21. --Kayak around Pig Island in St. Joseph Bay. --Grab a beach towel and stargaze from the beach on a clear night. --Go shelling on the nearly-empty beaches at the northwest side of town by the canal, then stop by Crazy Beach Pizza for some pizza & ice cream. --For you craft beer lovers, don't miss Apalachicola's own Oyster City Brewing Co. Promise you'll have really good beer, pet a pup, and make a new friend. --Stop in for coffee and cinnamons rolls at Caribbean Coffee, then browse the nearby shops for a souvenir. Though the condo is completely renovated and both the condo and balcony are ready for use, some *exterior* renovations of the building have not yet been completed since Hurricane Michael (railing paint, landscaping, etc.).
