The property has a lovely newly refurbished bathroom, an open planned living/ dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. The property is designed to a minimalistic spec and comes with all the essentials you need to make you feel at home & it has a Tesco express on your doorstep. The family bathroom can be found on the ground floor. Minut Home Security device is on in the living room. House rules: - No Pets - No smoking (£200 fee) - Check-in is anytime after 3 PM and checks out by 11 AM (Early check-in and late checkout may be available please contact us for more details) - No fires - No parties - £250 Fine - Quiet hours 22:00 - 07:00, please respect our neighbours and refrain from loud noises - £200 fine - No extra guests other than those listed in the booking. - Unauthorised late check-out will incur a fee of £100 - Keys to be left in Lockbox on check out, failure to do so or loss of keys £150 fine As per our Terms and Conditions we require a damage deposit incase of any damages, unforeseen cleaning costs and or violation of house rules this will automatically be taken 3 days before check-in and returned within 7 days of checkout.
