Plus, a lounge suite long enough to comfortably accommodate a small family, there are endless spots to drape oneself and read a book or snooze! Bench seating and bean bags are also available to help bring together the perfect intimate gathering! Plenty of outdoor space for a relaxed afternoon soaking in the Sun. Enjoy the views on the north-facing balcony from the sunbed or outdoor lounge suite. Fully equipped kitchen and dual burners on the outdoor BBQ - you can cook like a professional and show off your inner MasterChef! We provide plenty of linen and towels for your use and couldn’t imagine anything worse than unclean laundry. It is truly a gorgeous space in an ideal location! The house is only a 5-minute drive to Dromana beach, as are the wineries!!! Make a 15-minute road journey to the basalt cliff edges at Cape Shank. If you don’t feel like driving then horseback or cycle and get the heart pumping by riding through the endless scenic walks starting. A walking trail exists right at our doorsteps! Not a land dweller? Well, every direction you look - the sea! Get your toes wet along the foreshore and make a note to visit the unblemished and unpopulated back beaches. The tank water is suitable for drinking and runs through a filtration system. For added peace of mind, we have supplied a filtered water jug. However, if you don’t like the thought of drinking tank water remember to bring water with you to drink - Thank you! All linens and towels will be included however lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs. The home has a beautiful wood fireplace in the open-plan living area. Please BYO firewood and kindling to enjoy this feature and keep cozy. Although the home accepts pets, the lovely decking can be used for your furry friend to stay on and be contained in. The entire property gardens are quite large and the wire fencing is not great so please don't allow them to roam the gardens alone for their own safety and your peace of mind. GETTING AROUND Driving is the best way to get around but bikes are great too.
