You will also love the separate guest room located just outside the home equipped with central A/C and a comfortable bed. This beautiful, vibrant home offers you three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms along with a separate guest room outside. Things to Know No cable The exterior guest room does not have running water Dog-friendly! Up to two family dogs are welcome to join you. High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting 'Yes' to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The $20 nightly fee will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: Space for two cars in driveway. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
