We know about the "Lake Life", and we supply loads of amenities to ensure all you are ready for an amazing time! Featuring 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom with private beach access at Coventry Lake, this vacation rental has it all. The house can fit up to 6, but is ideal for groups of 4-5. "Is that your dog?" - yes, we allow dogs and even have a dedicated fenced area so your pup can roam free safely while you kayak on the Lake! ☆ PLEASE NOTE: $100 Per Pet, Per Reservation (One pet = $100; Two pets = $200). One-Time Fee ☆ It's always fun to go out to eat, but sometimes you just need to make a good ole home cooked meal. Our kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for you to whip up some good eats after a fun day at Coventry Lake. Also, the former owner of the Coventry Lake House converted the majority of the house to be ADA accessible (See photos for details). Please note the Lake House is surrounded by forestry and nature. As a Guest, you and your party understand and are aware you may encounter potential sounds, smells, critters, insects, deer, dust & cobwebs accustomed to a camp-like experience. You understand that you may be exposed to pollen, plants, tree, sap & other environmental factors accustomed to being in New England nature. As a Guest, you have access to the outdoor fire pit. However, please DO NOT USE the indoor cast iron fireplace. By doing so you will automatically cancel your reservation and receive a $300 fine. Thanks for following these important rules. Guest Access: You have access to the Coventry Lake House's entire property... including the outdoor fire pit and dog run! Keep in mind to purchase wood, all you need to do is go to the nearby gas station or convenient store. There is one less than a 5 minute drive from the house. Our best suggestion to obtain fire wood for the outdoor fire pit is: Corner Store of Coventry Guests have access to the association beach. You will receive a guest pass, but as long as you just give the house's address to the lifeguard you'll be all set to hang, sunbathe and swim! You have access to the Kayaks (Seasonal: May-October)! Prior to arriving we will send a waiver form to fill out, so once you arrive you can have fun! Do not use kayaks or watercraft unless you reviewed and signed the waiver. If, for some reason, you do not receive the waiver before your arrival, contact us, and we will make sure you receive one. This home has been in our family for many years, please be respectful and absolutely no parties, events or outside guests as we do not want to disturb the community - please abide by this important rule. Otherwise, we really hope you enjoy your stay at the Coventry Lake House. The Neighborhood: A quiet, private lake community. Getting Around: We are 20-30 minute drive off of I-84 or I-384 if coming up from New York City or from Boston. We are about 20 Minutes from Hartford. Other Things to Note: IMPORTANT! You ARE REQUIRED you to wear life jackets at all times while in use of Kayaks (Seasonal: May-October). Beach access is for PAID GUEST ONLY~ no parties or outside guests are allowed. You ARE NOT permitted to use or bring personal jet ski or motorized watercraft. Please follow these simple rules as breaking any of these could jeopardize your beach access privileges, incur a town FINE, or lead to an automatic cancellation of your reservation from the Lake House. If you have any questions please DON'T ASSUME call or text us and we can clarify. As a guest you have access to the outdoor fire pit. However, you DO NOT have access to the indoor cast iron fireplace. Thanks for understanding and abiding by the rules!
