Absolutely no smoking, vaping, or pets of any kind in the unit--smoke away on the patio if you like, or down the hillside and enjoy the flora and fauna. The Red River is a short hike down the hillside out back. We are happy to hang out and chat or leave you be--just be warned my daughter can talk your ear off! Have a wonderful stay.
