Our cancellation policy We know how difficult and unpredictable it has become globally to travel from one place to another. Therefore, we have updated our cancellation policy making it flexible for unexpected changes. We also allow reservation date modifications; we expect our guests to notify us as early as possible so we can help them out swiftly. Guest reservations We believe that fight against the virus is a shared responsibility. Hence, we kindly request our guests to use protective gear such as face masks and gloves before their arrival and dispose of them properly following their check-in. We provide hand sanitizers with a high volume of alcohol in the houses and we advise our guests to use these during their check-in.
