Terrific gathering area w fire pit, benches and picnic area await your group. 80 feet of private lake frontage w clear water and sandy bottom. Shallow to 200 feet out. Enjoy walking the wide sandy beach for miles in either direction just steps from the cottage. On site adult and child stand up paddle boards, kayak, inflatables and boogie boards . sandpit volleyball in fenced in yard with lots of seating for outdoor dining and gathering. ping pong table in garage. Huron Manistee forrest a 15-20 minute drive from cottage provides hiking/biking/fat tire snow biking, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, snowmobiling. Canoe/paddle or tube the nearby ausable river. Rentals in nearby oscoda and surrounding areas. Short 10 minute drive south on us 23 to Oscoda for groceries, dining , public beach and kids play area/park. 25 minutes south on us 23 to East Tawas -cute shops, good restaurants. Head north on US 23 to Alpena for more fun dining and shops and a glass bottom boat shipwreck tour! Comfortable mattresses and high thread sheet counts! Linens and towels provided. On site W/D, D/W, detergent for both. Bathrooms stocked w toilet paper, hand soap and sanitizer.
