In Saint-Malo la Briantais, a 200 m2 house with 6 bedrooms and shower rooms, large and comfortable living spaces, a large garden: perfect for family stays or meetings, professional seminars (up to 12 people to sleep) or for the celebration of an event (40 people). On the first floor, you will find a large living room with a fireplace, a small living room open to the garden, a dining room, a reception room (with a capacity of 40 people), a master suite with bathroom, TV and dressing room, a double suite for two people (double bed or twin beds with its adjoining shower room) and an independent equipped kitchen, and, WC. On the second floor, you will have a large living room with home cinema, and 2 family suites with 2 bedrooms on each wing; one double (beds 140x190cm) with TV and one with 2 twin beds convertible into a double bed of 160, with private bathroom and WC. The closed parking for about ten cars gives you the comfort and the tranquility of a parking without difficulties. Ground floor accessible to people with reduced mobility. Central heating (geothermal), WiFi connection, laundry room with washing machine and dryer, 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators, induction plates. The property is enclosed, with a beautiful garden, and allows you to reach the coastal paths in 5 minutes on foot. You can reach the old town of Saint-Malo, Intra-Muros, as well as the large beach of the Sillon in 10 minutes by car (4kms). You can enjoy walks along the Bas Sablons, Solidor and the City of Aleth. The center of St-Servan with its shops, restaurants and market is 5 minutes away on foot. You can also easily reach the other tourist points of the Emerald Coast by car: Dinard, Cancale and the Mont Saint Michel bay. You are 15 kilometers from the Dinard golf course, 4 kilometers from the Saint-Malo train station. An inventory of fixtures of entry and exit will be made with the company MALOC A deposit check for the amount of the rent is requested upon arrival. The tourist tax of 2.05€/adult/day is levied on the spot. Arrivals/Departures : Arrival times are in the afternoon (2pm-7pm). Departure times are in the morning (8-11am). The tenant is required to arrive at the rental on the day and time agreed with the agency (please contact us one week before). In case of late or delayed arrival, the tenant must inform us in advance. Any departure/arrival outside of the hours below or delay of more than one hour without prior notice will result in an additional charge of 24€ (+24€/hour after 10pm). We will not welcome guests after 11pm. The cleaning at the end of the stay does not include routine tasks such as taking out the garbage and cleaning/storing the dishes. A 24€ supplement will be asked if MALOC has to do it for you.
