The view from your 4th floor unit has an unobstructed view of the harbor and Mobile Bay. Sit on the balcony, enjoy the peaceful solitude and watch pelicans feed, fish jump and the boats come and go. Too quiet for you? Fish from the docks, comb the beach, or enjoy the pools. Fish in the bay or take a short ride to the Gulf (appx. 3 miles) for some fantastic offshore action and when your finished clean your catch on the dock at one of two cleaning stations. Or hop in the car for a short ride to the new OWA Amusement Park (apps. 27 miles) or spend time enjoying all there is to do in the area. Parking notes: Parking passes are included in your reservation and will be waiting for you in the unit upon your arrival. Please fill out all information on your parking passes and display them in your vehicle to avoid your vehicle being ticketed, towed, and/or booted. Please note that there is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit. No trailers, boats, personal watercraft, campers, or motor homes are allowed on the property, such vehicles will be towed. If you have excess vehicles, you may park them at our Vacasa office at 1585 Gulf Shores Parkway but please stop in the office and notify the front desk before leaving your vehicle there. This rental is located on floor 4. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
