The kitchen is fully stocked. The home includes a washer and dryer. The unit has a central AC, Heat and a wood burning stove (Winter use only). The Upstairs rooms: Room 1: has a king bed with two twin beds. Room 2: has a king bed and full pull out couch Room 3: has a Queen bed. The large downstairs bedroom has a Queen Murphy bed, a pool table, two full-size pullout couches and a large 75-inch Smart TV. The living room has two couches. A work station/desk, a 60-inch Smart LG TV and a propane fireplace. Patio has a propane BBQ This home is perfectly located for Winter and Summer visits to Yosemite and Bass Lake. During the Winter you can enjoy the beauty of Oakhurst and use the property as a base station to visit Yosemite which is amazing in Winter. During the Summer, you are just 1 mile away from the Forks Resort at Bass Lake. You can bring your own boat or rent a boat from the Resort. Enjoy time on the lake one day and visit Yosemite the next. You are just 30 minutes away from the South Gate of Yosemite National Park!!!! Visiting Yosemite is amazing and coming back home to relax is a nice treat. Enjoy BBQing on the balcony and watching the sunset. Watch the many deer that visit the property in the evening. There is a small trail behind the property that leads down to the lake if you feel adventurous. There is plenty of parking on site. Note: the road is gravel.
