The space ERROL VILLAS 2 Br 2.5 Bath Enjoy the newest addition to M&L Vacation rentals, a 2 story, 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom freestanding cottage on the lake in Erroll Villas, only 30 mins from Orlando International Airport, 30 mins from Disneyworld & 26 mins from Universal Studios! This lovely cottage is ideal for larger families or a group of friends traveling together. This split level home features the living room, kitchen and half bath on the lower level, and the bedrooms on the upper level. We’ve just completed a major renovation and every amenity has been included for you, from the brand-new, top of the line beds and bedding, and all new furnishings, to the Keurig coffeemaker in the kitchen. We also put in a washer & dryer so you can pack less and/or take home clean clothes instead of laundry! Both bedrooms are on the upper floor with the master bedroom serving as an oasis for parents to retreat for adulting with a sumptuous king-sized bed and a 65” SmartTV. The master bath is furnished with luxury appointments so you can start your day or wind down in a spa like setting. The kids room is also upstairs and has 2 bunk beds with bottom full beds to easily sleep 4-6 kids, and they keep them entertained with their own 55” SmartTV and Sony PlayStation in their room! The kids also have their own bathroom with shower and tub, making it perfect for kids of all ages. The kitchen has been totally redone with gorgeous cabinets and granite countertops and is fully stocked with everything you’d need to prepare your meals and feel right at home, from plates to paper towels and of course, the Keurig coffeemaker to get your mornings started right. The living room has comfy extra large sectional sofa with plenty of seating for everyone to watch movies on the 75” SmartTV & every M&L Vacation Rental has high-speed WiFi for you to work, play or binge anything from your streaming services, which you can access on any of the SmartTV’s in the cottage! Property Notes: There is one parking pass for the cottage and it must be left in the cottage upon departure, because that is all the property allows us. There is no pool on the property Guest access You have full access this 2 bed - 2 1/2 bath townhouse includes a washer & dryer inside the unit! Other things to note - Washer & Dryer in unit. - There is not a pool or hot tub on the property. PARKING INFO: - One car per Villa in upper parking lot near Villa. - Parking Permit required (provided in unit) on vehicle. - Parking lot parking. - Parking is on a “first come, first serve” basis. Each villa is only allowed one car in the upper parking lot, so encountering issues is very rare. In the event you do not find parking close to the unit, you will need to utilize an additional on property parking lot. -Extra vehicles must be left in “ Errol Overflow Parking”. Extra Vehicles: As we are only given one pass per villa by the HOA, we recommend leaving any vehicles which don’t have that pass in the “OverFlow” parking area. Depending on which entrance you will be coming in from, you’ll either make a left or a right onto Golf Course Drive. Once turning onto Golf Course Drive from Errol Pkwy, the “Errol Overflow Parking” is on the right hand side, just as you enter the street It is a large, parking lot with lots of trees/grass. There is a row that has a sign which states “ERROL OverFlow Parking”. All extra vehicles can be left here. We try to emphasize that cars without the pass must be parked there overnight from 6PM-6AM to avoid towing! During day time hours though, you’re welcome to keep the extra vehicle up top without the pass
