Come enjoy the views and spend the time with those you love. Located 10 miles from downtown BR, 7 miles from the Lake, and 13 miles to Mercier Orchards you are so close to everything and anything! This place is perfect for you and your family to enjoy the outdoors. Not only is the view amazing, there are so many different ways to enjoy it! On the screened in porch you have 4 rocking chairs to spend away the hours, or enjoy the table there for a cool dinner with the family outside. This porch is completely screened it to help ensure you can fully enjoy your time here. After you step outside the screened porch you step onto the massive outdoor deck. Here you have access to the outdoor deck gas fire pit in full view of the mountains. Next to it you have the outdoor table and chairs to enjoy a beautiful meal or dessert. There's also an outdoor grill perfect to grill the steak of your dreams! Below that deck is the Hot Tub and Hammock that are perfectly located to enjoy the view under the tin roof. These are great spots to relax, rewind, and recharge your batteries. And down the stairs it leads to an outdoor firepit and benches that are PERFECT for roasting marshmallows and making the memories that will last a lifetime. Once you decide to retire inside, you'll have 4 different sleeping areas to enjoy. Up in the loft is a King bed that has it's own bathroom and screened porch for the perfect quiet morning coffee. On the main floor is a comfortable queen bed with access to the screened porch. Going downstairs is perfect for the kids! In one room is a Full Sized bed and twin sized bunk beds.. These are prefect for winding down after a long day. Across the hall is a pull out sofa that's a great spot to fall asleep watching the perfect movie. !!Amenities!! -Unlimited FAST Wifi - Interior - Fully a true-log cabin - Kitchen - Fully stocked with plates, cups, glasses, and equipment to ensure you can enjoy a wonderfully cooked home meal if you'd like. -Can Sleep 10 (King, Queen, Full, Twin, Twin, Pull out sofa) - Game Room with 50 inch TV, Foosball, Electric Darts, as well as over 50 movies and PS2 with games as well. -Screened Porch - 4 rocking chairs and dining table - Outdoor deck - Gas Grill, dining table, and Gas Firepit -Lower Deck - Hot Tub, Hammock, Porch Swing - Lower area - Firepit and benches -Laundry in main floor bathroom ITEMS WE PROVIDE: - Initial supply of paper towels and toilet paper (we recommend that you bring an extra supply if you are staying longer than two days or have a large group.) -Trash bags -All liquid soaps - Linens and towels To Consider: We do not provide firewood, but there are ample locations close by to easily pick up a bundle somewhere. HOT TUB USAGE: Please ensure that the hot tub cover is on and latched into place after using the hot tub. If this is not done, the large cover can be blown off causing damage, or debris can enter causing lower levels of sanitation. Make sure to monitor children's activities in the hot tub as they are not familiar with the controls and can easily cause damage. Please DO NOT allow sitting or standing on the hot tub covers. They are made of Styrofoam and break easily. - Access - You're located in a great community with fully paved road and the last 300 feet is flat gravel road so getting the property is fairly easy. As this is the top of a mountain, some of the roads can be tough during the icy times but shouldn't be too difficult to manage. NOTE: Must be 25 years old to rent. No Parties, No Smoking, and No Pets. We love to share our home with others but strictly enforce house rules. - No Smoking - No Pets - Check in time is no earlier than 3:00 AM Eastern Time - Check out time is no later than 10;00 AM Eastern Time - No Excessive Noise. You're in a neighborhood with other residents and while we use noise monitoring equipment, we expect guests to respect the area. - No guest on premises other than those included in the initial booking. - Trash is to be thrown away prior to checking out. -There are exterior only video cameras for your safety. They do not show any common areas and are focused on the driveways and front walk. - Failure to abide by house rules may result in swift penalties to include additional fees or removal from the property.
