VERY QUIET AND LITTLE TRAVELED RESIDENTIAL AREA. Ideal for the little ones in the house to enjoy the accommodation, the environment and the outdoors with total freedom. TARRACO HAS SPECTACULAR INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR SPACES, COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS TO ENJOY WITH COMPANY. Draw, do a puzzle, play table football, the play area at the entrance of the house where there are a basketball hoop and some football goals, to enjoy the outdoors even more.      TARRACO HOUSE   The house is spread over 3 floors.    MAIN FLOOR   On this main floor, we find the DINING ROOM, KITCHEN, a DOUBLE BEDROOM and a BATHROOM with shower. It is at the same level as the GARDEN and POOL, there is access to the garden where there is a nice CHILL OUT area, also a comfortable space to eat, just in front of the kitchen.    UPSTAIRS   There is where are the rest of the double bedrooms (3). 1 BEDROOM with terrace and private bathroom and 2 BEDROOMS sharing a bathroom.    DOWNSTAIRS   There is a GAME'S ZONE, ideally smaller than the house. The house has a PRIVATE POOL in the same property and, in the neighbourhood community, there is also an AREA with a LARGE SHARED POOL.  You can easily park in front of your house, within the same residential area. Very close to the house, you will find the Cal Jalpí park, it is a charming and well-kept large park that has trails for cycling or walking. That is why the owners make available bicycles of various sizes to go on the trails and discover the area. Bicycles must be requested in advance and at the latest on the day of arrival during the welcome.        SERVICES AND COMMON AREAS:   TARRACO is exclusive to its guests.    ACCESS AND PARKING   Access from the street is private. The vehicle cannot enter the property, it can be parked for free on the street, respecting the garages of the neighbours. It is a street traversed only by the residents of the urbanization.   PRIVATE GARDEN   Pease, it must be preserved, please respect the garden areas.   THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL   We hope that they respect the rules of use and clothing, in this area, there are also sunbeds for sunbathing.   SHARED POOL   The rules of access, clothing and use of the shared pool must be respected. We usually recommend it to all our guests to enjoy very good fresh fish and seafood, just freshly caught. Also, you can go to any xiri (small beach restaurants) to taste a real paella or have a drink with typical tapas! The house is 10 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes from the centre of Barcelona. We are very lucky for our location, close to Barcelona, ​​but with all the advantages of being in a quiet town, close to the coast to enjoy the sea, the beach and all our gastronomic offers. USEFUL INFORMATION ABOUT THE REGION- 40 minutes by car or train to the centre of Barcelona - 10 minutes drive from Arenys beach - 15 minutes drive to the entrance of the Montnegre Natural Park and the Corridor - 30 minutes drive from the Montseny Natural Park with the highest peak of 1,700 m. and many tracking possibilities. - 45 minutes from Barcelona airport       HOW TO MOVE AROUND THE AREA      PRIVATE TRANSPORT   We advise on how to combine the use of private transport with the use of public transport. - Own vehicle: We consider it essential for more independence.  (Read Barcelona section if you are planning to visit the city with vehicles registered outside Spain) Sometimes having a vehicle gives you more independence to explore more places or is more comfortable going shopping. Once in the centre of the village, you can move on foot, by taxi or by train, using the bus or you can travel by combining them.    PÚBLIC TRANSPORT   There are different services and lines that connect Alella with the surroundings and Barcelona-TAXI: There is a regular TAXIS service. All services must be booked in advance.- BUS: Day and night services. Connection with the train station, other towns in the Maresme and the city of Barcelona.-TRAIN: The closest train station is ARENYS DE MAR. The route in Plaza Cataluña lasts between 35 and 40 minutes.    BARCELONA   The city is about 30-40 minutes by car. Currently, there is legislation on vehicles that can circulate within the city. For more information, you can search in your search engine ZBE Barcelona (Zona Baixes Emissions)IMPORTANT: Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the criteria of the DGT’s environmental label. That is why all foreign vehicles must be registered in the Metropolitan Register to travel through the ZBEs of the metropolis of Barcelona.      INTERACTION WITH GUESTS    We give independence to our guests, but we are available if they need us.It is important for us being able to meet our guests and we like to offer them recommendations. Cost of municipal tax: 1 € per person and night, maximum 7 nights and only people over 16 years   - Deposit: is made on arrival and it will be done by pre-authorization by credit card.   - Signature of the rules of the house. - Signature of the temporary tourist rental contract.      OTHER HIGHLIGHTS    Please, check that you will be able to comply with the house rules before making a reservation. It is very important for us to respect the calm of the residential neighbourhood where is located the house. Many thanks in advance, we appreciate your comprehension!      HOUSE RULES   - Acceptance of the deposit. This will be done upon arrival by credit card pre-authorization. -All people in the reservation must identify themselves by showing their identity document.
