LE FENIL ( sleeps up to 4-5 people 2 bedrooms, 1 modern bathroom, spacious open plan living area with well equipped kitchen, dining area. Small private patio with table, chairs and BBQ, set in courtyard surrounded by climbing roses. The superb gardens set over 4 acres of ground and provide a great areas for relaxing but allowing plenty of space for letting off steam. There is a lovely shared pool with sundeck and plenty of sunloungers, play barn with plenty of activities for children, the houses are in walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Weekly rental includes bed linen, bath towels, swimming pool towels, cots/highchairs, baby stroller, UK satellite TV, washing machine, iron, hairdryer,welcome pack etc. The pool is South West facing and the outside children's play area includes full size table tennis, trampoline with safety netting, pirate ship, play house and swings etc. Very picturesque river at bottom of gardens. There is also access to the river Vezere where you can picnic, swim or hire canoes There is a museum of prehistory and a fabulous collection of prehistoric sites including the Font de Gaume. Bicycle hire is available from the Tourist office and if you are a horse lover there is a fabulous riding school for treks through the surrounding Dordogne countryside (all ages and abilities are catered for). All around within a short distance of Les Eyzies are the sights and cultural events that the Dordogne Valley is famous for.
