We want you to understand our pricing policy. Our rates are based on 4 guests per nite with an additional cost of approximately US$50 per person per night, so we can accommodate all size groups. This has been our policy for the past 25+ years and is due to the fact that more people use more water and electricity, which is very expensive in the BVI's. Also, more people cause more wear and tear on furniture. It is worth noting that we have not raised our rates in the past 8 years and after the hurricane Irma in 2017, insurance costs almost doubled, so the villa offers exceptional value.
