The Polehouse Cottage, only 2hrs out of Sydney is a relaxing way to escape the rush of modern day life. The cottage is located on a large property in Rosebrook, 15 minutes outside of Maitland city centre. It has 2 bedrooms consisting of1 king and 1 queen beds. Features include a deck and barbeque overlooking the Hunter River, private spa and fireplace. Access to the Polehouse is via a dirt driveway and thus may not be suitable for sports cars or vehicles with low ground clearance. Local Attractions Opera in the Vineyards and other events at Hope Estate, 30 mins away. Lovedale and Pokolbin Vineyards from 30 mins away. Historic Town of Morpeth a Hunter River settlement is approx 20 mins away. Barrington Tops National Park is approx 45 mins - 1hr away. The city of Newcastle with its beautiful harbour, trendy restaurants and white beaches is only 45 mins away. The beautiful beaches and dolphin cruises of Nelson Bay are only 1hr away. Firewood will be provided between May and September to help warm the cottage in the evenings.
