There are also some games for the adults including, BOCCE, CROQUET & KUBB. There are BIKES in the garage, a DOUBLE KAYAK under the house & STAND UP PADDLE BOARDS as well. The house is also fully air-conditioned with reverse cycle for winter, not that you will need it in winter when you have the TIMBER FIREPLACE going with plenty of timber supplied. THIS HOUSE HAS IT ALL & you don't even have to leave as right across the road is a CONVENIENCE STORE, BAKERY (the CROISSANTS are delicious) POTTY MOUTH PIZZA & the TAVERN (meals are just fantastic). A short 5 minute walk away is the IGA, Chemist, News-agency, Cafe's, Pipit Restaurant & a Thai, Chinese & Mexican Restaurant. YOU WILL NEVER WANT TO LEAVE........ The BEST thing is that you can BRING YOUR PET. Dogs are more than welcome & you will find a DOG BED & BOWL waiting for them. They even get their own treats waiting for them on the kitchen bench. There is an enclosed front yard for your beloved pooch, a fully enclosed back patio for them to lie on & don't forget the water right outside the back door for them to swim in.
