Enjoy Seattle while staying in our private guest suite! We are the main residents of the property, and are excited to host you in our newly furnished guest space while you explore the city! Whether you are traveling for business or vacation, our private guest space has all you need to recharge and relax. The space The entire first floor is yours to enjoy and relax in. The oversized bath tub is a great way to unwind at the end of a long day. The master bedroom has a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle, plates, silverware and everything you’ll need to save and warm up some left overs. Guest access The entire first floor, back patio and hammock are yours to enjoy. You will access the property through the garage keypad. The neighborhood Situated by multiple picturesque parks within a block the neighborhood is peaceful, including The Seattle Children’s Garden, Benvenuto Viewpoint, Sam Smith Park, Jimi Hendrix Park, Blue Dog Pond and more. Scenic views are everywhere you turn. Taking one of the many bike shares through the Mt Baker Tunnel across the I-90 floating bike path to Mercer Island and Bellevue is a beautiful ride. Other things to note The heat is controlled by individual thermostats in each room for your comfort. The modern construction provides a very cozy environment. We live on the property and do our best to keep noise at a minimum, but you may hear some noise from time to time. We abide by our moderate cancellation policy. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.
