The upstairs sitting room gives you direct access to a balcony that will afford you yet more sea views. Welcome to the south coast of England. Shell Seekers is situated in the picturesque coastal village of Bracklesham Bay. As you’ll be able to see from the living rooms and some of the bedrooms, there’s a beautiful pebbled beach which you can directly access from the house. Bracklesham Bay also has its own convenience store, a fantastic beach café, fish and chip shop and Italian restaurant, and they’re all within easy walking distance of the property. Also close by is the village of East Wittering. There are more shops here including a couple of supermarkets, plus two great butchers, a fishmongers, pharmacy and newsagent. You can also hire paddle boards and kayaks from here if some in your group are feeling particularly adventurous. Other attractions nearby that can be easily accessed from Shell Seekers include: The city of Chichester - enjoy a wide range of shops and restaurants, plus the beautiful cathedral and all kinds of shows and performances at the Festival Theatre. Goodwood - the famous racecourse hosts meetings from May to October, including the world famous Glorious Goodwood. The area is also home to a series of motor sport events at different times of the year, including the Festival of Speed. With your own free parking space as part of the house, driving here is a good option, as it gives you the freedom to explore the area at your own pace. Or you can always order taxis if you’d prefer someone else to do the driving for a change. Should you wish to use public transport, there’s a bus stop within a 15 minute walk of the house with regular services into Chichester.
