The Location - This modern beach house is located in a flat area just a 2 minute walk to the northern end of Narrawallee Beach and Inlet. Be sure to pack your swimmers, surfboard, stand-up paddle board, snorkel and push-bike. The House - Come and stay with us all year round, enjoy the ocean breeze during the summer months or relax by the wood fire during the cooler months. This property provides ample space for the whole family with an open plan living and kitchen area, a reading area at the front door, a sunroom off the living area, three bedrooms and one bathroom. For those visiting during the warmer months the outdoor entertaining area is the perfect place to relax and unwind in either the sun or shade. The large kitchen features a gas stove, dishwasher, coffee machine andmicrowave allowing you to cook at home or enjoy take-away from one of the many local restaurants during your stay. A Carport is available for guest use. * The king bed is made up of two singles, making it slightly larger than a normal king bed. Please pack flat king sheets for this bed. A desk is located in the sunroom and unlimited WIFI is available for those that may need to do a little work while away. * Outdoor Pizza Oven is not currently for guests use. This property does not provide personal linen - sheets, towels, tea towels. You are able to hire linen when booking, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. This property is not pet friendly and has a strict no party policy.
