** COVID Cancellations/Changes ** We understand that if a lockdown means you are not permitted to come and stay, it is different than cancelling or changing a booking for other reasons. If a lockdown means you (as the person booking) are not permitted to come and stay, we will provide you with the choice of either cancelling and getting a full refund or changing your dates. Please ask us if you have any questions about this offer as some exclusions may apply based on notice, group composition restrictions, etc. ** About the home ** "Rumah Pantai" is a just a short walk from the famous YCW beach in Smiths Beach. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below: ** Indoor Areas ** This beautiful home is spread over four levels; the ground floor contains a laundry and powder room. Up 8 steps to the 1st floor, you will find the large Rumpus room (with smart TV and Blu Ray) and three bedrooms (all with BIR), as well as the large main bathroom (with bath & shower) and a separate toilet. Up another 8 steps to the rest of the 1st floor, is the huge open plan kitchen / dining / family room (with DVD player & smart TV) which leads out to the large wrap around balcony. Up a further 7 steps to the 2nd floor you will find the Master bedroom with TV, WIR and en-suite (with shower and toilet). ** Outdoor Areas ** The large upstairs wrap-around covered balcony provides a lovely place to sit and enjoy the fully enclosed yard. The layout of the home has created a huge under cover area in the yard and there is a hot and cold water outdoor shower to wash off from the beach. ** Kitchen ** The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Nespresso Vertuo pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, large fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top. There is also a second fridge in the laundry. ** Heating/Cooling Systems ** There will be no problems at all for heatng and cooling - this amazing home has electric ducted heating and electric refrigerated cooling throughout. ** Bedding Configuration ** "Rumah Pantai" is set up to sleep up to 12 guests: Bedroom 1 (2nd floor): One Queen bed Bedroom 2 (1st floor): Three sets of Single bunks Bedroom 3 (1st floor): One Queen bed Bedroom 4 (1st floor): One Queen bed ** Linen ** A standard booking comes with doonas with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bath mats. Guests can bring their own sheets (flat and fitted), pillow cases and towels or opt to pay extra for this 'optional linen'. The cost to provide optional linen is a once off fee per stay of $30 per king/queen/double bed and $15 per single bed. Please advise us if you would like this additional service. ** Peak Periods ** Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, ** check in times **are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional** linen hire **over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up. ** Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies ** Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
