The apartment is on the 4th floor via stairs only (no lift in the building), and is split over two floors. On the ground floor there is a king bedroom, double bedroom, hall bathroom, kitchen/dining, and living room. Upstairs is via a spiral staircase - please take note of this feature when booking. This may not be suitable for some people and especially young children. On the upper floor is a double bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom, and den with games and bean bags to chill out with a book.. Both bathrooms have full walk in showers and separate vanity with storage. A washer and separate dryer is in the kitchen. Wifi is available throughout the home. The Smart TV enables you to connect to smart channels such as Netflix. Walk to the Salthill Prom in less than 7 minutes. Things to Notes: 1. There is a spiral staircase which may be difficult for some people to access. Children must be supervised at all times. 2. We do not rent to locals 3. Our age policy is 25 and over 4.
