It includes full access and use of the gazebo, WiFi, fishing pier, boat launch, and picnic area. Perfect for a weekend getaway, hosting family, or just getting away from city life to relax. NO MORE WATER PRESSURE ISSUES 😀😀😀 RECENT UPGRADES INCLUDE: NEW OUTDOOR COUCHES, STOOLS AND BAR TOP, HANGING SWING CHAIRS, GIANT JENGA, GIANT CONNECT 4, ADDITIONAL DINING SEATING, FOOSBALL TABLE, GIANT UNO! This is a very spacious home with a very down-to-earth feel. The other park guests are all very calm, relaxed, and just love staying so close to the river. There are lawn chairs located in the property that are available for use as well. We have two adult fishing rods, for those curious to try out the waters. If you consider yourself a better fisherman, feel free to bring out your own equipment. People have caught some huge fish off of our pier, and it is known by many of the locals as the best fishing spot on the water. Ask us about renting kayaks, boats, or feel free to bring your own. If we can accommodate your request, we will certainly give it our best! At night time, and during the day, feel free to hang out, listen to music, and kick back on the front porch. We think that you'll find the park to be very calming, and with the size of the property, you won't bother anybody. Guest access Parking can take place either in front of the garage, or around the side of the house next to the air conditioner. For additional vehicles, you will want to park along the fence line leading down to the boat launch.
