Stunning 60m2 one-bedroom flat in the city centre of Bolzano, very close to all main sights of the city and a good starting point for trips to the mountains, both in summer and winter. Lots of restaurants, bars and pubs are just in a few meters distance from the flat, a good way to hang out and relax. The building, with elevator, shows outside the typical medieval architecture, whilst the inside of the flat has been refurbished recently with a modern taste, even though a link to the past is provided by an old stove which is part of Bolzano's Cultural Heritage. The flat consists of an entrance, kitchen, bathroom, storage room with washing machine, double bedroom, and a big living room with double sofa bed. A fifth bed on single sofa bed is available. For children under 2 years old is expected a price of EUR 10 per night payable on arrival. Available on request a box / cot. The price includes towels and sheets. Wi-Fi and flat screen TV are also available, with a second smaller TV in the bedroom.
