Stacker sliding doors open up to the deck so you can soak up the sunshine while you cook a BBQ. The well-appointed kitchen has quality stainless steel appliances, including a Smeg 900mm oven and dishwasher. Fully-equipped crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware are just some of the quality inclusions you can expect to find, plus a combined walk-in pantry and laundry (washing machine). Coastal ambience and abundant natural light fill the home, with blonde timber floors, carpeted bedrooms and stone benchtops. Climate control includes ducted heating throughout and split system heating-cooling in the main living hub. Three bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 guests, and all are appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels (BYO beach towels). We have done all we can to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. There is a massive master bedroom with a Super King size bed. This room features plantation shutters, a Smart TV, walk-in robe and lavish ensuite with a large vanity and a skylight that floods the room in natural light. Two more bedrooms are located at the rear of the house, offering Twin Single and Queen beds. The family bathroom in rear wing has a shower, bath, vanity and separate toilet. Ideal for both the adventurous and those who want to kick back and relax. All within the immediate area: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, SUPing (Stand Up Paddle), diving, bike riding, running paths, skateboarding and golf or sitting back and if relaxing is more your thing then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, spas, shops or designer boutiques to spend your time. There are great cafes, bars, the Torquay Hotel and many restaurants in Torquay, plus boutiques, clothing, shoes, swimwear, books, homewares and much more. Getting Around: Our beach house is within easy walking/riding distance to parks and shops. On-street parking is available, plus the driveway – please note you will not have access to the garage. Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51). Closest train station 15km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne. Torquay is 1 hour 15 mins by car from Melbourne.
