Super easy Uber/Lyft pick up/drop off. 15 mins drive from MIA airport, 10 mins to the Arts District & Midtown, 20 mins to Miami Beach, etc! 1,218 sq ft 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with a game room house that is part of a duplex in Miami Shores (bottom unit). Equipped with chickens and stray cats that live on the street to make you feel like you're really on vacation! Private front entrance with easy self check-in. Smart touch keypad that locks automatically so you never have to worry about losing keys! Pets are always welcome upon approval. This house is very spacious and will give you all of the comforts of home with a Wynwood Arts District vibe. A perfect space for funky, quirky art lovers and groups of friends looking to share beautiful memories in the magic city. A nice escape to relax and lounge around the house while enjoying games and each other's company. If you're looking to throw a huge party, this is NOT the house for you! The neighborhood is usually pretty chill (with the exception of certain holidays like NYE/4th of July, Etc.). The neighbors like to party on the weekends but mostly well managed and will happily lower music, etc. if things get out of hand. (we are all friends). Anyone looking for a completely quiet neighborhood to meditate will probably not like this house. Upcoming neighborhood in Miami Shores that's considered "the suburbs" so it's recommended that you have a car or use car service to get around. Supermarkets (Publix & Whole Foods) are a little over a mile from the property for all of your snacking needs. Only 5 mins drive from the freeway to get to the beaches, shopping, restaurants, bars, and main attractions. We take Covid-19 sanitation and cleaning procedures seriously so all linens and towels are laundered with proper disinfecting detergents, all surfaces, floors, kitchen items, restrooms, remotes, iron, etc. are sanitized and steamed cleaned thoroughly. Centrally located to everything amazing. Easy 5 mins drive to the freeway! There are stray cats and chickens on that live on the street. The chickens usually do their crowing early so noise cancelling ear plugs will be provided for guests trying to sleep in! Stray cat community outside are all friendly and keep to themselves. Please be kind to them if you encounter them outside. Thank you! -Not walkable to beaches/shops. The space is located in more of a neighborhood/suburban residential area so renting a car is strongly advised. -Call for a Lyft or Uber with easy pick up in front of the house. -Pick up a car at the airport for a short drive to the property from either Miami International or Ft. Lauderdale Airport. -Private parking directly in front of house - 4 car max. -Short drive to everywhere you want to be! -Guests must be 21 years old or older to book a stay with us. -No guests under 18 years old unless approved. Please message the Host about newborns/other special accommodations for teens, otherwise the house is not suitable for kids. -Space is not great for children/infants. -No Smoking indoors permitted - designated smoking area outside with ashtrays. -No crazy loud parties or events! Violation of this rule will be fined. -Please pick up after your dogs and kindly discard in green garbage can outside. -Please treat the home as though it were yours! Pick up after yourself & please read house rules thoroughly. -There is regular pest control treatment however, please be advised that you’ll most likely encounter tropical pests such as lizards. You’re in Miami after all! They can be startling at first but they are harmless. Please discard your garbage in the outside bins daily to ensure that no pests enter the house.
