We invite you to relax with your family or friends at our peaceful and private hideaway. Located in Killcare Heights, Bouddi Ocean View Hideaway backs on to Bouddi National Park, with stunning views to Putty Beach and the Pacific Ocean. A nature lovers paradise, located within a few minutes drive to beautiful beaches, bush walks, mountain biking, fishing and cafes. A 5 minute walk to Bells @ Killcare. The living, kitchen and dining areas, as well as the balcony and master bedroom have views over Bouddi National Park, Putty Beach and the ocean. The house is cosy on one level with open plan living/dining/kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds, and 1 small bedroom with a queen bed. We are happy to supply the essentials so you can have a no-fuss, relaxing and easy holiday. This includes: - Air conditioning to each room - wifi - 75 inch TV with Optus Fetch (includes Netflix) - Well-stocked kitchen including a dishwasher, 2 ovens, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine. - Fireplace - Gas BBQ and a Charcoal Weber - Washing machine and dryer - Plenty of games for your recreational use (board games, card games, puzzles, a selection toys for the kids). LINEN: is provided for your convenience (including bedding, and bath/beach/ tea towels) We have recently completed some internal renovations including oak floorboards to all rooms (except wet rooms), internal painting throughout, all new furniture including new mattresses, new linen, and appliances (including 2 new Miele ovens and cooktop, and LG washing machine and dryer). The bathrooms have also been renovated - please note there is no bath. Guest access Our carport and driveway will accommodate around 5 cars. Parking is easy in the area. Other things to note NO PARTIES: Please note this house is in a quiet suburban community and has the space for quiet family/friend getaways not group parties. If a party is your intention please do not book this house. Thank you. DISCOUNTS: A 10 per cent discount is offered for stays of 1 week, with 25 per cent discount for stays of a month. CHECK IN / OUT: Requests for an early check-in and late check-out are welcome and will be dependant on other bookings. Please let us know in advance if you would like to request. PETS: We love animals and are always pleased when we find holiday accommodation that allows pets so we have decided to make Bouddi Hideaway pet friendly on request. Please provide us with some information about your pet when you request to book. Note that we can only accept toilet trained pets. The highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness are incredibly important to us, as is keeping our furniture and floorboards in beautiful condition. We therefore hope you understand that there are some conditions that will need to be agreed upon ahead of bringing your pets. This includes no pets on any furniture, and an additional deep cleaning fee of $150 per stay. Your pets will enjoy our front garden, which is where most of our outside space is and is fully fenced in. Please note that the back garden is not fully fenced in (where our views are). SECURITY BOND: The guest is liable for the full cost of any breakages, missing items or damage caused to or within the property during their stay, even if it exceeds any bond amount. SMOKING on the property both indoors and within the grounds is prohibited. Any residual odours or evidence of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500. Please restrict smoking to a distance from the property and dispose of any cigarette buts appropriately away from the property. CODE OF CONDUCT FOR THE SHORT-TERM RENTAL ACCOMMODATION INDUSTRY: As this home is being offered as a short-term rental, we kindly ask our guests to familiarise themselves with the short-term rental code of conduct (NSW fair trading), in particular part 2.5 which refers to the rights and obligations of the guest.
