Pet-friendly cabin w/wood stove near Mount Snow

Cozy two-bedroom cabin nestled in the green mountains and conveniently located close to both Mount Snow (6 miles/~10min) and Stratton (9 miles). In the warmer seasons, explore the hiking trails at Green Mountain National Park. You could also cool off by exploring the various lakes and ponds, including Grout Pond and a swimming hole at Jamaica State Park. Route 100 has been touted “The Skiers Highway” and hugs the edge of Green Mountains, offering one of the state’s most colorful fall foliage! The space Our cabin features two bedrooms, one bath, a kitchen (w/dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, water boiler, and blender), and a Hearthstone wood stove to keep everyone warm and cozy. Washer and dryer are also available for our guests to use. Escape the fast-paced life and come enjoy the simple pleasures of our Vermont home! First floor: - Kitchen - Bedroom with Queen size bed - Hearthstone wood stove - TV with Roku (we do not have cable) - Xbox 360 - Large dog crate (fits our German shepherd) - Bathroom - Washer/dryer Second floor: - Bedroom with three twin beds (one of the twin beds has wheels so it can be pushed to "combine" with another twin bed) Outside - Long driveway This is a perfect getaway for anytime of the season, and especially suitable for couples and families. Note that there are two cabins next to each other on the property, and this listing is for the cabin on the right when viewed from Route 100. There may be guests staying at the other cabin. As mentioned, the cabin is located in the green mountains and there will be bugs in the warmer seasons. Please book with caution if the presence of bugs is a concern. Our home is around 60 years old and unfortunately does show its age both inside and outside. This is also a rustic cabin and guests will be experiencing Vermont off the beaten track. For dog owners, there isn't a fenced yard, just a small space to the side of the cabin that is not fenced. There's cell service for AT&T and T-Mobile, but Verizon has very spotty service in this area. A workaround is to use the Wi-Fi calling feature on the phone.
