THEA VILLAS are located in Aghia Irini, 5km from the port of Parikia and 7km from the airport. The complex consists of 4 independent villas built on a hill with a panoramic view to the sea and the sunset. The sandy beach of Aghia Irini is 200m away, 5 min by foot. The houses offers (~3X5X1.5m). The villas are ideal for families with kids( > 5 years) or group of friends. They are built in the minimal and traditional Cycladic architectural style. A mix of modern and traditional furniture provides comfort and relaxation. The big verandas offer magnificent view while the fully equipped kitchen provides all the comforts for indulging cooking occasions. The equipment includes: Ceiling fans in all areas, TV, WiFi, HiFi, DVD Player, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, BBQ. Daily Cooking Service provided upon request with an extra daily cost of 50€ +groceries cost. Cooking Service should be booked one day in advance. Parking space is provided for all Villas. Car strongly recommended to reach the house and explore the island. Taxi service difficult to book during peak seasons. Public transportation not convenient.
