Eagles Nest at Froggy Bottom

FOUR NIGHT MINIMUM STAY REQUIRED FOR THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY DATES BETWEEN NOVEMBER 22-27th, 2022. Brand new, downtown Brevard, NC.  Easy access coffee shops, restaurants and the Brevard College Campus.  The floor plan has the primary bedroom on the main level and two bedrooms upstairs.  All new furniture and appliances.  Gas range in the kitchen, fridge with icemaker.  Three queen beds in three bedrooms.  The property is across the street from the campus of the Brevard College and the coffee shop that is on the campus.   This area of town has been nicknamed Froggy Bottom for a long time and it is two blocks from Main Street and a easy bike ride or walk to the Brevard bike path or any place on Main Street that you might want to visit.  Linens and towels provided, guests need to bring personal toiletries and shampoo.   Out back there is a firepit, gas grill, picnic table and seating for guests in their own personal downtown oasis.  The owners have  lovingly curated furnishings and furniture to create a special place for guests. WiFi and smart TV in house, guests will need their own login to watch Netflix, etc.  Guests will receive a text after booking and prior to arrival with property information and area information.   Security Deposits returned within 10 business days of checkout.
