Entire house and property to yourself. 3 min to WSU trails, 10 min to Vancouver Waterfront. Legacy SC Hospital is 3.5 miles away. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable for a short or long stay. House-property rules: We have an outdoor camera. No smoking please, pets are not allowed, quiet hours are 10 pm- 8 am, please take your shoes off when inside the house ( mudroom is a perfect location to leave shoes, coats, other items). Features/Amenities: Fully Equipped Kitchen/dining room: Gas range, dishwasher, French door fridge, toaster, coffee maker, french press, tea kettle, stick hand blender,/mixer. Salt-pepper-oil, Mixing bowls, bakeware, cookware. Plastic ware. Dining table for 6 and extends for 8 (bench available in the hall for extra seating), 8 ft granite island with 4 stools. Mud room/Laundry: LG Washer and Dryer Hand held steamer, Laundry detergent and dryer sheets, clothes basket, coat hanger and shoe shelf. Fishing gear, camping chairs. Foosball and Air hockey tables. Living space: 2 leather sofas, 2 puffs and piano for a family gathering, LG large flat screen smart TV in a separate room with futon with books, board games and puzzles. High speed internet ( unable to get anything faster due to location). Please note that even thou it’s a one level house we have one step going into the living room which is in the middle of the house. Bedrooms: Premium linens, Puffy King Mattress in the master bedroom. Twin bunk bed in second room and twin over full in third room. Futon in the TV room. Bathrooms: Soaking tub, walk in shower, Hair Dryer, Makeup mirror, towels, make up wash cloth, shampoo and conditioner. Outside: 2 acre property with a lake access , Fishing equipment, Fire pit, Grill, Camping chairs, table with 4 chairs, Large outdoor sofa ( available only May-Oct), Swing set for children, Free parking for 5 cars.
