Welcome to Little Elm!! This adorable cozy bungalow is a Clear Lake Shores gem!! One of the smallest homes on the island, it boasts an efficient 600 square feet and has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. Enough room to accommodate up to 5 guest including children. Little Elm is the ideal place to stay while visiting family and friends that live on the island. It is also perfect for singles, couples, small families, sailing students, traveling professionals and home buyers seeking to learn more about the area. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart tv’s, cable, high-quality linens and Nectar mattresses. You can choose a soft goose down alternative pillow or a firm Nectar pillow. Enjoy private WIFI network and the Google Home smart speaker located centrally in the open concept kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with all the essentials to get you started. This includes Keurig coffee pods, creamer, sweeteners, salt/pepper, butter, olive oil, cooking spray and paper towels. This loaded kitchen also has the Ninja Foodie and a blender for those cozy nights when you want to cook and chill at home. There will be a Britta water pitcher in the refrigerator and ice in the freezer. Storage shelving is provided for bags, keys, and other personal items near the patio door. If needed, there is a full-size washer and dryer located in the kitchen area as well. There is a designated office space in the second bedroom and modular desk in living room for your convenience. To lighten your travel bag we have provided a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, travel size body soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Relax on the spacious front porch! This outdoor living space offers umbrellas, picnic table, rocking chairs and a gas grill. There will be plenty of room to unwind with family and friends. We have also provided a mosquito system to ensure a comfortable outside experience. The yard is fully fenced. Go below to chill by the chiminea, play a game of ring toss or become a corn hole champion. Below the house you will also find outdoor seating, kayak and 2 cruising bikes. Get ready to explore! Clear Lake Shores is in the Boating Capital of Texas and local to the Kemah Boardwalk, South Shore Resort Center, Galveston, NASA, Houston Medical Center, Port of Houston and Hobby Airport. To access the house, you must be able to climb stairs 2. Drive VERY slowly. Elm Street is narrow so be watchful of ducks, children and neighbors walking their pets. 3. No pets are allowed Check-in/check-out • Unless otherwise booked your check-in would be after 4 pm on your arrival day and your check out would be by 11 am on your departure day. Subject to availability at the time of you booking this option you can book an early check-in (access from 8 am) or late check-out (stay until 6 pm) for 50% of the nightly rate. • A two-night minimum stay is required. • Guest count: only booked guests are provided access to the premises. Kindly make sure to update your reservation to reflect the exact guest count, so access can be provided accordingly. • Extra guests: while the house accommodates 4-5 persons, the nightly rate covers 5 persons. If we find that are more than 5 guest, there will be an extra guest fee of $50 per person per night. House rules • Clear Lake Shores is a safe place! Our area is closely monitored by the police department and neighbors. Any unlawful actions by guest will be reported and prosecuted. • Respectfully keep noise down outside 24/7. The Clear Lake Shores noise ordinance law does not permit loud noise or music outside. Kindly adhere to the city noise ordinance to avoid a fine per occurrence, which would be payable by you. • No events, parties or large gatherings. • No smoking or vaping inside the home. Smoking is allowed on the porch and downstairs patio. Kindly place all cigarette buds in the trash. • Remove all trash from the premises and place trash in the trash bins alongside the fence. Trash bags are provided under the sink. • Kindly do not throw any type of feminine products, make-up or other wipes into toilets. Only toilet paper provided by us is to be flushed. • Kindly rinse dinner and cookware before placing them in the dishwasher. Detergent is provided for your convenience. • The usage of the community pool is at your own risk. A pool pass will be provided upon request. • You may purchase Property Damage Protection with your booking. We are not liable in case of any accidents, injuries on the premises, and for lost or damaged belongings. This home is on stilts. Please make sure you can climb stairs before booking.
