Driftwood Haven is a luxury four bedroom family home set on the private Angmering-on-Sea estate a few steps from the beach at East Preston. The huge bifold doors that run along the length of the back of the house open it right out onto the south facing garden, bringing the inside and outside together, creating a fantastic family holiday space. 1.5 hours from London, easy access to Brighton, Arundel, Goodwood and the South Downs - get in the car and explore or park the car up for a week and chill out - the choice is yours! Driftwood Haven is the ultimate luxury coastal pad for families to enjoy a relaxing break by the sea. Once through the large entrance hall you are greeted by a huge lounge split into two areas - a large comfy corner sofa complete with log burner and smart TV on one side and a games area the other, with full size original French "baby foot" table football. Bifold doors open the whole room up to the large decking area outside. Head next door and you walk into a stunning bespoke handmade kitchen/dining room with stripped floorboards, feature brick wall, three oven aga, american fridge freezer, standard oven, microwave and sonos sound system. The whole of the back of the kitchen opens up onto the deck and garden which creates a truly magical space in summertime. A useful utility room is set off the kitchen with access to the garage for storage of bikes or beach equipment and a useful wet room to rinse off after a long day at the beach. Upstairs the master bedroom has an ensuite with both shower enclosure and bath. Next along the hallway is bedroom 3 with twin beds. Bedroom 4 has twin beds and an amazing mezzanine hangout that kids adore. Family bathroom with shower over and bedroom 2 with kingsize bed and vanity basin complete the upstairs accommodation. In the garden there is plenty of outdoor dining seating and a charcoal bbq. When the three minute stroll to the beach is just too much you can relax in the hammock chair or on the outdoor beanbags on the deck. You will have total privacy but we live next door so someone is always on hand if you need anything - just ask! Please note this house is not suitable for parties being situated in a quiet residential area. Access is via a key safe so you can check in at your convenience after 4pm.
