Let’s take a look around: Large open plan kitchen/living/dining room As a new-build, this cottage caters to the modern preference for open plan living, illustrated by this large, beautifully presented area. The living room features plenty of seating with comfy sofas surrounding a coffee table and offering up great views of the large flat-screen TV. It’s next to the dining table that seats 8, handy if you’re planning a sit-down meal perhaps to celebrate a special occasion (or if you need to host a meeting, get work done or play board or card games together). A breakfast bar seating area links the dining area to the kitchen which, as you’d expect from a new-build, is modern, with high-quality appliances ready for you to use as you rustle up snacks and prepare meals for yourself and fellow guests. 4 bedrooms With 2 bedrooms downstairs, staying here is a great choice for anyone who needs easy access and doesn’t want to tackle stairs! Here’s a selection of other places you might want to visit during your stay: Goodwood - it’s just a 20-minute drive to The Festival of Speed circuit and Goodwood Racecourse, famed for its Glorious Goodwood meeting, but also a whole host of other racecards from May to October every year. The Base Skatepark - a great place for the kids and big kids to show off their skating skills. It’s only a 5-minute drive from the cottage. Chichester City Centre - just over ten minutes away, this features all the shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment attractions you’d expect from a modern city. Beaches - as well as Bognor Regis, where you’ll find the famous Butlin’s camp (for which you can get Day Passes and enjoy the brand new swimming pool), there are other sandy beaches that are well worth a visit: Aldwick Beach, Felpham Beach, Pagham Beach, and East Beach. Hotham Park - find a miniature railway, mini-golf, a putting green, boating lake and a children’s play area, plus a restaurant and cafe in this popular park in Bognor Regis that hosts many big events. Getting Around: There is plenty of parking space outside Beech Cottage, so driving here is the best option.
