If you love being out in nature away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet close to hiking trails, you found your perfect location. This cozy, well thought out home sleeps 4 guests and offers 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 full bathroom and a full kitchen, perfect for 2 couples or a small family. There are pictures hanging in the kitchen and living room featuring local artist, if you would like more information please ask us! When you are ready for a break, enjoy sitting on the patio and cooking a meal on gas grill in a serene atmosphere, enjoy your morning cup of coffee as you watch the sunrise or watch the sunset while sipping on your favorite local Sedona wine. If you are an early morning person you can watch the hot air balloons as they rise into the sky. You are approximately 2 miles and you are at Red Rock State Park. Keep going and enjoy the scenic back road that takes you to Crescent Moon Ranch where you can hike and cool off in Oak Creek. There are several hiking trails and only a short distance to any location Sedona has to offer. How close are the hiking trails? There are a couple of trails within walking distance from this cozy home, some of the favorite Sedona trails are off of Dry Creek Road which is close by at the south end of Sedona. For the person in the group who wants to be close to town, it is a quick 5 - 7 minute drive to reach the edge of town.Want to see the areas around Sedona? There are many places to visit within a 20 to 45 minute drive, such as Jerome, Cottonwood, Montezuma Well, Montezuma Castle, local Winery tours and much more. Need suggestions or have questions, please feel free to ask! PETS: Please note the owners have a horse and may use the arena and shop which sits behind the house. You have your own private area and will not be disturbed. Guests are allowed one dog (sorry, no cats allowed) provided they are housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people. You dog will need to be kept on a leash while on the property to ensure his/her own safety and does not bother the neighbors horses or chickens. The neighbors have requested you do not feed their animals, many of them have special feed and scheduled feed times. Pet must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiring/booking. A one-time non-refundable fee will be due at the time of booking to accommodate for pet sanitation. Should we receive complaints from neighbors of barking/disruption we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet immediately. In addition, a refundable damage deposit will be collected at the time of booking. If pet odors/waste or any other remediation occur as a result of their stay, indoor or outdoors we will withhold all or a portion of the damage deposit. Undeclared pets will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bring an approved pet.
