Come enjoy the perks of the beach life, from water sports and volleyball, to fresh seafood and the nightlife! Ideal for travel nurses, Veterans/military, business travelers, or vacationers. Pool, gym, and free parking on-site, laundry in-unit, and across from a park and grocery store. Enjoy your stay in the South Bay! Feel free to use all the space available in my condo. The condo common areas (kitchen, dining room, family room, half bath) are a shared space, but you will have your own private bedroom and bathroom, including a shower. The condo is also cleaned 1-2 times per month. Key to the building to be provided upon arrival. Condo door has an electronic lock - private code to be provided. Private parking spot available in the rear of the building and additional street parking available. I'm a consultant for a semiconductor company and currently work from home most of the time. My girlfriend also lives with me and works from home (health coach). We’re both pretty busy during the day so you will rarely see us except around lunch and after work. I'm a very social person, and am happy to interact as much or as little as you want. I love to cook and have happy hour, so no need to ask twice. I've lived in the area for 7 years so happy to provide any recommendations for activities, restaurants, etc. to make your stay as wonderful as possible! We're within walking distance of the beach, a park, and many stores, restaurants, and grocery stores. I recommend using Uber or Lyft to get around if you do not have a rental car or personal vehicle. Parking is free on-site and at the park across the street should you need it. Guests will be provided with instructions for use of the unit and keys for accessing the building and gym. Personalized code to be provided for guests to access the unit. Inventory of the condo will be provided for review and signature prior to check-in. No overnight guests are permitted. Please notify homeowner if any guests coming over to the condo (homeowner will do the same). Guests are responsible for any property & items lost, damaged, or stolen by their guests.
