Seagull Cottage - Cosy Home for a Seaside Retreat

This mid-terrace cottage is just a 5 minute stroll to Whitstable’s harbour, quirky shops and the station. Eat in one of the popular seafood restaurants and try the famous oysters. Ground floor has a living room and kitchen/dining room. Stairs to 1st floor, 1 bedroom with king size bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Bathroom with shower attachment. Pretty enclosed lawned garden. Parking is on the road. Door keys will be left in the key safe as owner does not live nearby. Other things to note Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them. My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners and soap. House Rules - Parties are strictly prohibited - Extra guests are not allowed - Respect for neighbours is highly appreciated. Keep the noise down, especially after 10pm. - Please use indoor shoes/slippers, if possible - This is your home in London, please care for it as such - Please make sure to lock the door and all the windows when leaving the property
