One-bedroom apartment inside a newly-built residence with pool surrounded by greenery and nature, located in Lonato del Garda. The apartment, provided with free Wi-Fi, welcomes guest to the bright living room equipped with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table with chairs, fully equipped kitchen with cooker hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, orange juicer, coffee machine and toaster. The living room leads to the private covered terrace equipped with a dining table with chairs for outdoor breakfasts and dinners with a great view of the pool and the greenery! The apartment continues with the bedroom equipped with a comfortable queen size bed and wardrobe, boasting access to the private balcony on the back of the apartment. A full bathroom with shower completes the apartment. *The shared pool is available from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. Swimming cap is required. The ancient village of Lonato develops around the Rocca castle, and boasts a very complex historical past. The old town is worth a visit thanks also to the presence of its two castles: La Rocca, behind the town, and the Castello di Drugolo. The Cathedral of Lonato, dedicated to St. John the Baptist, is characterized by a large dome and a beautiful marble facade. Lonato also offers a small beach that local citizens call "Lido di Lonato", with bars and restaurants, pedal boats and canoes for hire. If the weather allows, tourists will be welcomed into the La Quiete Water Park, where fun will be guaranteed by the attractions and relaxation by the spas. The city of Lonato hosts in the Castle an exhibition about flowers and the famous Agricultural Fair which every year attracts tourists from all over the world. Verona airport is reachable with a 45-minute drive.
