Our basement flat is located below our family home in beautiful Clifton. You have your own separate entrance opening into the living room/ kitchen. The open plan living area leads into the bedroom area with a double bed, with the bathroom with shower over the bath is just off of the hallway. The flat is opposite a delightful green park and has a friendly pub next door. Our basement flat is located below our family home. The flat is opposite a delightful green park and has a friendly pub next door. Please note there is no washing machine or TV , however we do have wifi so you can watch your favourite programmes online. Please note as the property is below our family home you may hear us moving around! :) Due to this, the hot water is linked to the family home and their boiler’s timer. If you require a shower earlier than 7am then please just let us know and we can adjust it during your stay. We have updated our cleaning procedures to ensure our guests' safety during the Covid-19 outbreak. Our housekeepers have PPE, keep all windows open while they are there and take extra care to ensure all frequently touched areas, such as doorknobs and light switches, are sanitised. Also, where possible, we keep 24 hour gaps between bookings to further minimise any risk.
