Private tidy cottage in a peaceful, rural setting on 3 acres-with a boundary stream. Cottage is away from main house. Covered patio with bbq and outdoor furniture-looking over rural views. Kitchen has all utensils, pots, pans, microwave, cooktop, Breville oven, mini fridge/freezer, separate bedroom, bathroom, foyer entrance to sit and read or store bikes-Longe/living area with TV and CD player. hobby grapevines with Amy Winehouse available for guests to use. 2 free bikes for rail trail, waterfall, river and tramping within minutes, Restaurant, Pub and Cafe within 2km. We are happy for guests to bring their dog-but must be on a lead when walking the property. Free breakfast-our farm eggs, Vogel’s,and other choices. Coffee/Tea provided. Wifi available but poor cell phone reception-but available 200 metres down the road.
