The perfect getaway for all seasons in! This Gorgeous Lake House is situated in front of a Lake. We have fire pit right at our private backyard and BBQ grill. The house can accommodate up to 16 guests including a yoga/meditation/sunroom for you to relax. We are centrally located to grocery shopping, restaurants and all Pocono attractions such as nearby outdoor pool, largest indoor Kalahari waterpark, golf, horseback riding, skiing, snow tubing, hiking, casino and outlet shopping and etc... The SPACE: A lovely 4 bedroom, 2-bathroom 1800 sq. ft. house (finished by a professional interior decorator) in a pristine woodland setting, just steps away from a private beach and outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is on Scotch Pine ($5.00 per person for Pool ticket and to use the lake/beach front area.) ***Pool Schedule: *Weather permitting* Schedule to open June 19th or June 26 to Labor day weekend. (Hour Monday - Thursday 11am to 7pm). Pending weekend schedule… **Please let me know a week ahead of time if you're planning to use the pool or lake/beach front area. There are 4 magnificent bedrooms; 2 full bathrooms, A master bedroom with a King-sized bed and a full bathroom, 1 bedrooms furnished with 2 Queen-sized beds,1 bedrooms furnished with 1 King-Sized beds and bedroom with 2 bunkbeds full over twin, and a common space with pull out sofa bed (Total 9 Beds including the sofa bed for 16 people) The luxurious living room opens out onto the most amazing natural surroundings, creating a brilliant space for evening entertaining. Admire the beautiful lush scenery through the grand windows while cozying up near the fireplace. A large Modern kitchen (fully equipped with all brand new stainless steel appliances) adjoins a fabulous dining area, complete with yet another spectacular view of the surrounding natural beauty. After dinner you can gather around a crackling fire and enjoy the stunning waterside splendor of Lake Summit from the lovely outdoor garden. Relax and forget all your troubles in the Yoga and meditation room. A sparkling new full sized bathroom completes the interior. Outside, a breezeway leads to plenty of room for four vehicles outside if needed. In addition to all the natural splendor, there are a host of premium outlet stores just a short drive away, (The Crossings) ideal for a bit of retail therapy. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Bare in mind that the house and the nearby area are on a higher elevation and it gets colder at night. Dress warm and bring extra clothing. The house is stocked with one roll of paper towel and two roll of toilet paper. Please remember to pick up more from the nearby supermarkets when you’re doing your shopping if you are thinking about spending more time inside the house. The cleaning crew does not clean the outdoor bbq grill thus please pardon the appearance if the previous guests have left it in a messy condition. OVERVIEW: Area Attractions: In the winter, enjoy skiing, snow tubing and sledding! Our home is located in the center of all the major Pocono winter sport resorts. Camelback, Blue Mountain, Shawnee and Big Boulder/Jack Frost are all within 15-30 minutes of the house. Bushkill Falls: Although it is one of the furthest Pocono attractions from our home it is not to be missed! You will be completely surrounded by breath taking scenery only to be experienced at Bushkill Falls. Casinos: Mount Airy Casino Resort Camel Beach: The biggest water park in Pennsylvania!
