You are in the heart of everything New Plymouth has to offer, the Scenic Coastal Walkway, Govett Brewster Art Gallery, Len Lye Centre, Pukeariki, Pukekura Park, Shopping, Restaurants and Cafes. You are on top of the world and right in the hub of the vibrant city vibe. This penthouse is truly in a class of it's own! Split over two levels you are greeted with well-appointed spacious living areas, high quality kitchen, relaxed informal dining, bathroom and a large door that slides back to reveal a stunning bedroom with a quality king bed and a sofa bed which folds out to a single bed for a child. Enjoy a glass of pinot on the balcony while admiring blue water sea and city views. On the upper level a spectacular master bedroom with a another quality king bed opening to a balcony with more breath-taking views, walk in wardrobe and bathroom with bath and shower. The third bedroom has two comfortable quality single beds. Additional features included one secure carpark (not for long or wide vehicles) In-house gym, WIFI, laundry, large smart tv, 2 x air conditioning heat pumps, electric blinds and cellphone charging bedside lamps. Covid-19 cancellation policy.  If the Region that the booking person is from has gone into Government forced Covid lockdown preventing the booking guest from physically travelling to our Region, they will be offered the opportunity to move dates or be refunded in full. Please note: We do not refund for cancelled events due to Covid, standard cancellation policies apply. PLEASE NOTE THE CLEANING FEE: Includes all hotel quality linen and towels, a part cleaning service ( we ask guests to strip sheets/pillowcases off beds and leave with towels etc. in bathroom or laundry, clear away dishes/turn dishwasher on and leave property tidy we will do the rest of the cleaning) and basic supplies. All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
