Villa Toña - Steps from the Beach - 3BR/2Baths

This is a single story spacious beach house located on the west coast, between Aguadilla and Rincón and has 3 bedrooms/2 baths and includes all the amenities for a great stay. We offer AC in each room, washer & dryer, high speed Wi-Fi and hot water showers plus much more. There is a large patio at the front where you could relax and absorb the scents and sounds of the country side while listening to the ocean waves, or just have an outdoor meal and play games with your family and friends. The house is bright, open, and comfortable for friends or families that are seeking to relax and experience the authenticity of the Puerto Rican culture. We love the laid-back country and beach vibe but also the close accessibility to great restaurants and and a very short drive to Rincon, Aguadilla and Isabela. The charm and the passion of the community, the scent and sounds of the ocean, they all make this the perfect place for making memories. There is a large back yard with an assortment of tropical plants. When they are in season you could pick and enjoy either mangos, bananas, avocados, breadfruit, papaya, and more trees are constantly being added. There is also an open air outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. The house is equipped with a couple of surf boards, kayaks and life vests. Guest could take a casual walk to the ocean it is only a 1 minute away or even go for a morning or evening 2 miles long stroll or run along the costal roadway. However even though the house is within close proximity to most things on the west coast we highly recommend our guest to have a vehicle to conveniently get around and visit other beaches, restaurants or other attractions. Guests will have full access to the house and backyard plus Free Parking is allowed on the premises. Next door is a large fenced-in empty lot with security cameras, where you can park an oversized vehicle such as an RV, jet skis, or a boat. The boat-ramp is located just 300 meters from the house. If you need access to this lot please inform us at time of booking. Although it is not frequent, on occasions we do experience short power outages. The property has a backup generator in the event the power goes out. We are very accessible should you need to reach us. We would prefer text messaging but will take your phone call as well. We have a house manager available for any immediate needs at the house. Villa Toña is located on a quiet, family friendly, residential street on the coast of Aguada. Aguada is located in the Costal Valley of the West region of Puerto Rico, it is less than 15 minutes from Aguadilla to the east and Rincón to the west and twenty five minutes from Mayagüez to the south. We recommend having a vehicle to get around, however, there are many restaurants and bars that can be visited with a bit of walking including downtown Aguada. The Aguadilla Airport (BQN) is about a 20-minutes drive. The Luis Munoz Marin San Juan Airport is about a 2 hours and 20 minutes drive. The location is a mixture of country and beach and at times you may see cows or horses grazing on the empty lands near by. Our house is located within a few minutes to great local bars and restaurants. Please note, however, that this means there can be music and laughter heard from miles away during the weekends.
