The delightful harbour town of Tenby is surrounded by a medieval stone wall and with picture postcard cobbled streets is well worth a visit. Discover the truly wonderful South Beach with turquoise blue waters and views towards Caldey Island and the Gower Peninsula. Enjoy the finest fresh fish cooked to perfection within many of the traditional Welsh eateries found in the town or take a boat trip to Caldey Island to see the Cistercian monks or a family fishing trip. A few minutes away is the quaint market town of Narberth bursting with craft and antique shops and really worth a visit. Wales’ largest theme park, Oakwood, is also close by which offers something for all your family from Europe’s largest wooden roller coaster or ’Vertigo’ if you have a head for heights, or maybe the peddle boats are just what you need. On a rainy day take a trip to the Blue Lagoon, a large indoor waterpark, or Bounce, a huge indoor trampoline centre near Haverfordwest, which is sure to tire those busy feet! Beach 5 miles.
