Upstairs is the open plan, octagonal living area with an older style gallery kitchen, family-sized lounge setting and BBQ facilities making a seamless transition to alfresco living on the wraparound balcony which offers 270 magnificent views of the coastline and rolling hills. Four bedrooms are all of generous size located over 2 levels along with a games room on the ground floor. Carrickalinga has a striking stretch of coastline where the rounded hills of the Fleurieu Peninsula plunge down to the sea. It is a perfect place for young and old to simply relax and enjoy some quality time away together. Local activities such as golf, fishing, and diving are very popular for this area. There are also several local wineries boasting stunning wines. A 3-minute drive from Normanville is the Links Lady Bay Golf Course, clubhouse and restaurant. You can also enjoy a horse ride along the beautiful Normanville Beach.
