Villa Abel Villa Abel is a wonderful holiday villa affording a prime location in the Galé area with breathtaking views, and only a 5-minute walk from the best golden sandy beaches. Complete with a games room and a south-facing swimming pool, this property has everything you’ll need for an excellent family holiday. This charming holiday home has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6+2 people; all bedrooms in the villa have air-conditioning. On the first floor is a twin bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and access to a wonderful south-facing terrace, with views to the surrounding countryside. The remaining 2 bedrooms are located on the ground floor: one twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and one double bedroom. An additional bathroom is located just across the hall from the double bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, hob and oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, sink, and dining table. The spacious living room includes a dining area and living area with comfortable sofas and a TV, as well as seating alcoves by the windows where you can enjoy a good book. Sliding doors allow you access to the wonderful outdoor area overlooking the pool, complete with a spacious outdoor barbeque and bar area, allowing you to prepare summer meals to be enjoyed al fresco. The games room is separate from the house and is accessed through the front garden. The property is completely walled and fenced, with a pedestrian gate leading to the entrance of the villa and an automatic gate allowing access to parking facilities for several cars. The private swimming pool is surrounded by grassy areas and is south-facing, allowing you to lounge and swim in the sun all day. This fantastic villa is ideal for couples or families, and is within walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and the beautiful golden sandy beaches of Lourenço and Galé, just to name a couple. The town of Albufeira with its colourful marina, charming Old town along the Fishermen's beach and the Strip, as well as quality restaurants, pubs and shops, is located within a 10-minute drive. The changeover day for this property is on Saturday. **If your flights are booked or your dates are fixed and these do not match the changeover day, please send an enquiry to confirm that they can be accepted before making a booking.** ***Please note that for alteration of dates there will be a mandatory handling and archive fee of €150 to cover all administration costs incurred.***
